Directions to Start Line

Camping will open Friday, September 18th, 2026 at 5 pm. Marvin Park is set in the beautiful high plains community of Salida, Colorado. Campsites are less than 1 mile away from the Start Line.

We encourage reasonable-sized vehicles; we have a vehicle size restriction of 20’. No exceptions, please plan accordingly.

We are very fortunate to be able to host campsites here, and we appreciate you treating the area with respect.

• Camping available Friday and Saturday night only

• Tents permitted in designated ball field area only (no dogs on grass/field)

• Fire danger is a critical concern. No fires allowed. This will be strictly enforced.

• Please help keep Marvin Park and surrounding area clean and dispose of all trash. Pack it in, pack it out!

• Please be respectful with generators. The Salida76 is a long day, and nobody wants to be kept up at night with the sound of a generator. Be respectful of your fellow riders’ rest!
